Hi, last week I got an empty SMS from my UPS. Please refer to my previous project on UPS. It is hard to find the problem untill I need to use Wireshark just to make sure the server receive the correct message from UPS. From supplier website, I found information that the latest SMS server version from them is version 1.2 if I am using NetAgent firmware v2.42. And finally, my problem is solved.

My advise, please do not install SMS server from the CD but download the latest version.
